Samantha’s journey with Spergel began in 2010 as a summer student, and over the years she has grown into her role as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and now manages the Mississauga office. With more than a decade of experience, she combines deep technical knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people navigate the complexities of debt.

With an academic background in history and socio-politics, Samantha brings a unique perspective to her work. She is especially committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding bankruptcy and insolvency, making debt solutions more accessible and helping people see financial freedom as an achievable goal through informed, confident decision-making.

Outside the office, Samantha is an avid history enthusiast and traveler. Her studies have taken her across Eastern Europe, Italy, and Malta, where she completed her Master’s degree. Her multifaceted background and progressive outlook shape both her professional approach and her personal passions, making her a trusted and relatable guide for anyone facing financial challenges.
